Dolce Rosa Excelsa by Dolce and Gabbana

Whilst in Milan last week a giant screen outside Dolce and Gabbana in the Piazza del Duomo caught my attention. It was gathering quite a crowd  and curiosity got the better of me so I went and investigated.
What was being showed was the Dolce Rosa Excelsa by Dolce and Gabbana Advert, Directed by Giuseppe Tornatore, and Music by Ennio Morricone, starring Sophia Loren. The advert really stood out to me as an interesting narrative, which all made sense in the end. 
The story was quite drawn out and didn't relate to purfume until the very end, but I found it very memorable and it was beautifully shot. Below is the full advert, along with a a promotional still which captures the true beauty of the colours and mood of the video.
