Mid Unit Review

Today I had my tutorial with Sophie to get feedback on both my essay and mid unit review presentation. In terms of my essay, I had overall positive feedback; she said I had structured my ideas clearly and essay as a whole was written well. My area which needs improvement is my in-essay referencing, as I had referenced whole web links within my essay, which whilst writing my essay I thought looked wrong and unprofessional, however I was under the impression that that was what was expected. I now know I need to only reference the author of the piece of writing and a published date in essay, and that the web address should only be referenced in my bibliography at the end of my essay.

However she said that she had spoken to Juneko and that they had both agreed that I am not on track as far as my visual logbook and the amount of work I have done so far and this close to submission. I don't agree with this decision, and wasn't expecting it; I feel comfortable with how much work I have done, and when speaking to my peers and comparing work with people who were classed on track had produced significantly less, however I can only use this feed back and work harder; This decision could be based on the quality of my presentation which wasn't my greatest, and being offered extra sessions and help will help me regardless of the amount of work I've done so I plan to use it.
