Enrico Becker and Matt Harris 'Artificial Colours'

When looking for ideas for my third brief of BA1b, I had a good idea that I wanted to photograph still life, but needed a subject. Whilst on pinterest, my main source of inspiration, I found Enrico Becker and Matt Harris, and their series titled Artificial Colours. As well as loving the colours and creativity which went into making the fruit such interesting colours, I love the originality of the name of the series as artificial colours are quite often used in many foods, with fruit and vegetables being an exception.
I don't think I will use this idea for my project three, as there isn't much development which could be done and the scope for adding my own twist to the concept isn't very big. However I really like the colours  so using similar pastels may be something I could incorporate into my own work.
